Request Deletion of Your Data
At TezReply, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request the deletion of your data from our systems, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send a data deletion request via one of the following methods:
- 1. Email: Send an email to bonney@tezreply.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- 2. WhatsApp: Message us at +91 7977 899473 with your deletion request
Information Required
Please include the following in your request:
- Your full name
- Phone number associated with your WhatsApp account
- Email address (if provided previously)
- Brief description of the data you want deleted
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon verification of your request, we will delete:
- Your contact information (name, phone number, email)
- WhatsApp conversation history with our AI assistants
- Any lead information or inquiries you submitted
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Processing Time
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
Note: Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance). We will inform you if any data cannot be deleted and the reason why.
